Jennifer’s work at the ANU over the past 17 years has provided the opportunity to engage with staff in a broad range of administrative, academic, technical and research support roles. She is passionate about continuing to strengthen the relationship between academic and professional staff in order to maximise the collective skills, knowledge and capabilities that drive the ANU to be both an outstanding University and a wonderful place to work.
Her career at ANU has offered roles in Research Schools, Faculties, Colleges and Service Divisions. She has a background in Human Resource Management and has worked in a wide variety of roles incorporating projects focusing on people, performance, processes and structures. Areas of interest include organisational learning and culture, particularly their impact on organisational change and team performance. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Business Administration. She is the Executive Officer for the Joint Colleges of Science (CMBE and CPMS), and is seconded to the Service Improvement Group until the end of 2017.
