The Recruitment team provides consulting and support on a range of employment matters including academic promotion, recruitment and senior appointments to the Colleges/Divisions and to ensure a fair and timely employment process able to attract and retain outstanding staff who will advance the University mission and goals. Staff development opportunities offered are Behavioural Interview Techniques and Recruitment and Selection of Staff.
Specific areas of responsibility include:developing recruitment, selection and employment strategies, coordinating the advertising of positions, coordinating the advertising and employment of senior staff, preparation of contract documentation and ANU visa sponsor.
ANU Search provides a comprehensive search consultancy service for the recruitment of senior and hard-to fill strategic appointments as part of our drive to appoint world-class staff. Our role is to identify, engage and recruit outstanding candidates both locally and internationally. We provide advice and support on attraction innovations and strategies, candidate management, and an on-boarding service to ensure the attraction and retention of eminent academics, leaders and executive staff across the University.
