The Student Finance Office aims to provide efficient and effective support for student- and fee-related financial/accounting and administrative services to the Division of Student Administration and the University as a whole through our experience and commitment, to help the University achieve its broader objectives.

We manage the corporate/back office aspects of student finance, by providing services including:

• fee reconciliations and data integrity;
• banking and payment uploads for Student Administration System;
• sponsorship arrangement set-up and maintenance;
• invoice billing for sponsored students' fees;
• Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for international students;
• financial management and reporting for Australia Awards Scholarships; and
• other fee-related enquiries and accounting support.
