Student Administration & Records

The Student Administration and Records (STAR) provides back office support for the management of a large number of administrative processes.  Some of these processes include invoicing, some student debt collection, cancellation for non-payment of fees, refunds, coursework variation requests such as degree transfers, leave, withdrawals and changes to enrolments. STAR is also responsible for ensuring students have completed and are HESA compliant with HELP request form submission.
