Rachel Curtis

Senior Media Adviser

Rachel Curtis is a former BBC Broadcast Journalist who was based in the heart of BBC News in London for almost a decade. At the BBC, she covered a vast amount of international and domestic stories including daily breaking news, natural disasters and arts and entertainment. Rachel left the UK with a specific online skill set and returned to Australia to work as a Feature Writer for Mamamia and as a Digital Journalist for the BBC in Sydney.

After many years away Rachel happily returned to her hometown, Canberra, and joined the ANU media team with a focus on health and social affairs stories.

Rachel currently helps lead the University’s daily media operations as a Senior Media Adviser.
