Microsoft 365 (M365) a suite of Microsoft applications that can be accessed from your desktop computer, laptop, or smart device.  

The M365 suite comes with numerous benefits such as modern look and feel, seamless integration with Microsoft Teams and accessibility features (e.g., the dictate function). It also provides you with an email protection from malware with anti-spam filtering and strengthened data security keeping your data safe.  

All ANU staff, students, researchers, and academics can access M365 for free by visiting the M365 Online Portal. 

Note: this version of Microsoft Office is only accessible for current ANU staff and students and will deactivate upon leaving the University.  

It includes the following applications: 

• Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Outlook
• OneNote
• Access
• Publisher
• SharePoint
• Teams
• OneDrive.
